Hotz Technologies Limited is establishing India’s first integrated compound semiconductor power module manufacturing infrastructure. In its first phase, the facility will design and manufacture Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) modules for electric vehicles, solar inverters, defence radar systems, and industrial automation. The three-phase project will include manufacturing facilities at Noida SEZ for export markets and YEIDA for domestic supply, supporting India’s self-reliance in critical power electronics backed by the trust, integrity, and excellence of Hotz’s century-old legacy.
