Securities One India Limited, a member of the National Stock Exchange, and Invest One India Limited were incorporated, deepening Hotz’s presence in financial services.
Round-the-Clock Stores Limited was incorporated as the national developer for Ruby Tuesday restaurants in India. Over time, the Group established more than 75 restaurants across global and home-grown brands, including Ruby Tuesday, Sbarro, Haagen-Dazs, Mircheez, Mandarin Trail, Prego, and Indus Grill.
The art business was established under the Vistaar and Seven Art trademarks, laying the foundation for the Group’s presence in contemporary Indian art.
The Group acquired a significant majority stake in Gallery Nature Morte and incorporated Nature Morte Art Limited, helping build one of India’s leading contemporary art platforms.
The early education business was launched in Delhi under the Playful Minds brand.
Hotz diversified into industrial real estate and developed one of India’s largest Grade-A warehouses, built for Samsung.
